I thought this was an interesting place

I have a client who may be interested in this.

(Another Agency has this Listing and it is not my Listing).

So anyway, I posted this pictures here for my family and friends in Myspace.com could take a look at this unit.

If you know me and my love for historical older buildings, you'll know how cool I think this building is.  I hope that I can get my client into this one.  What a Rush that would be.....  I'm putting it out there to the universe to make it happen (the secret)

I feel a bit insode out over this building. Exterior very warm cozy natural, I inside feels very hard, cold, empty. Hmm I can see some of the appeal but it not for me I need a more natural balance

Eric

Just imagine getting some bold paint colors onto those rafters and getting a little more lighting.  I'd imagine bouncing the light around some mirrors coming from that huge window off the bedroom area would do wonders.  It's a loft space, a blank pallete so to speak.

Aloha Michael,

Beautiful Building on the exterior. Needs some creative interior redesign on the inside. Would be a great project for the right investor with vision.

Peace,
