Here is a breakdown of homes available in our local towns. The data reflects today July 3rd, 2008.  The data is broken down to the number of homes broken down into pricing catagories and the number of homes in each catagory. 

This number reflects condos, townhouses and detached single family homes.  This does not include the listing for duplexes and multiple family residences.
